Concerned the HSS RASMOS Program PMO Team Lead is about to launch into an Agile project management approach without considering any other approach, you mention the matter to your Program Manager who, in turn, mentions the matter to the HSS RASMOS Program Manager. Both Program Managers agree with you and ask you to prepare a convincing presentation that would open the door to consideration for using a traditional approach to managing the RASMOS PMO implementation.
Assignment:
Use all you have learned from your previous courses, your study of the course materials, and your discussions with your classmates to prepare PowerPoint visual aids for briefing the HSS PMO Team about Pros & Cons of using traditional versus Agile project management for implementing a PMO. Since you will not be able to present your work on this assignment live, use the speaker notes section of your PowerPoint visual aids to “voice”, “script”, or “record” what you would say to your audience if you were presenting in person. Your first slide should be a title slide followed by an Overview slide, content slides, and then a Summary slide. Your last slide should be a References slide with APA formatted references, and you should use APA formatted citations to your references in the text of your speaker notes.
