Reflect on the following case study by sharing which theoretical approach (es) you may use to work with the client. Remember that you can use a combination of theoretical approaches. The key here is to reflect on how they will help the client.
Jill is a 32-year-old married mother of two children, ages 7 and 2, who comes to you reporting anxiety, panic attacks and rarely leaves her house other than to go to her part-time job in a factory. She states that before getting married 6 years ago, she drank heavily, smoked marihuana, and hung out with bikers and slept with a lot of guys. Although she maintained average grades in school, she never finished high school. She now would like to work and obtain her GED. No one in her family has ever received a high school diploma. She shares that she is the second child from her parents who had 4 children.
She reports her childhood as being chaotic because she never knew whether her father would blow up at her or her siblings when he was drunk. Her father was verbally abusive, and generally did not pay attention to her. Since he stopped drinking a few years ago, their relationship has improved.
She has started hanging out with her neighbor Steven, and has started drinking again. She has also been thinking about having an affair with Steven. Jill shares that she loves her husband, but he has not been paying attention to her lately as he is constantly working. She is angry with him and reports that her husband rarely talks about their relationship and their feelings.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   Self-Reflection- Cover Page,  4 content pages- (all paragraphs should be 5-6 sentences)
