Feedback the professor has given me on my proposals:
Look at models about recruitment, training, compensation, termination, internal mobility, personal development. These are areas of HRM where concepts and models exist. You can find them in HRM literature. They correspond to the fundamental decisions to be made about these functions of HRM, and not the detailed operations of these same functions. Each organization has to make choices and decisions about fundamental choices in the HRM field, as in the other fields of management.
