Based on the work you have done thus far in the program associated with delegation and effective collaboration. For this assignment, you will be reflecting on a client that you have interacted with in the clinical setting during your practice experience in the program or your current practice (if already working in a healthcare-related role). Do not identify the client by name. Simply refer to the client as “PE Client” when writing this assignment. Address each of the following prompts in this brief writing assignment.
Integration of evidence-based practice and information is a requirement for this assignment. Turnitin will be used and a similarity score higher than 15% is not acceptable. Please review the rubric for this assignment before beginning.

Assignment Outline:
Organizing the Team
Describe how you would organize a nursing team using the principles of assignment, delegation, and supervision, to achieve safe quality, and promote effective client care for the PE Client.
Using Effective Communication
Explain how effective communication with the interprofessional team aids in the coordination of care for the PE Client.
Resolving Conflict
Describe the ways in which you would resolve conflict associated with care on the interprofessional team. 
Effective Delegation
Explain the importance of effective delegation of interventions to nursing support staff. How does effective delegation promote patient care and ensure safety?
